The MedFORCE Scan User Training 102 session provides an overview of tools and features beyond the standard ones contained within MedFORCE. Key components discussed during MedFORCE Scan User Training 102 include:

• Using the action tools when viewing a file – print, re-file, document properties, bin contents, annotations, staple, email, copy, delete
• Personal Cabinet – how to create files and bin structure
• Form Designer -- Utility to enable you to create your own forms within the MedFORCE system
• Bar-Code Cover Page -- How to create and file documents using barcode cover-pages
• Bar-Code Print Document Tracking -- How to print barcodes on documents and track them in the MedFORCE system
• Full Text Search -- How to flag documents and retrieve them by searching any text on the document

Please note that this training session provides a look at the features available and how to use the utilities. It is NOT an in-depth training for Form Designer. Details for designing forms in Form Designer are discussed in separate training sessions that are intended for the administrator/technical user. Please advise the trainer if you would like to schedule a training session the Form Designer.

Training is available to any user of the MedFORCE system, providing their company has a current maintenance contract.

• Evening  --  Note: You Must Sign-up 1 Week in Advance
