The key components of this training session include: System structure - cabinets, files, bins Procedures to Scan and Import documents Manually Save documents View / Manipulate documents - annotations, printing, e-mail, move, copy, etc. File management	The WorkFLOW User Training session is designed to provide users with all of the navigational tools to work within WorkFLOW. The key components of this training session include: WorkFLOW Task View – Main WorkFLOW view Procedures to modify and work with tasks Manually creating tasks Linking tasks to Files in MedFORCE Scan

The MedFORCE Scan User Training 102 session provides an overview of tools and features beyond the MedFORCE Scan basics covered in User Training 101. Designed for those users who have mastered the basics of MedFORCE Scan and are ready to take advantage of advanced features.	In this session, we cover ONLY the management of your paper EOMBs: options to store documents, link to patients, and create redeterminations for all claims received in non-electronic format.

The MedFORCE Scan User Training 103 session provides an overview of tools and features beyond the MedFORCE Scan basics covered in User Training 102. Designed for those users who have mastered the basics of MedFORCE Scan and are ready to take advantage of advanced features.	The D&R Manager Training covers all features available when importing electronic claims (ERNs) into the MedFORCE Scan system: handling denials, reimbursements, creating redetermination cover-sheets, and various D&R reporting tools.

The MedFORCE Scan Admin Training 102 is for administrators who have taken the basic admin training, the user training, and the advanced user training. It is an overview of additional tools and features available to administrators.. Designed for Admins looking to take advantage of MedFORCE Scan advanced features.	The WorkFLOW Admin 101 is for administrators who are setting up their WorkFLOW product for best use within their company. This Training will provide an overview of Resource Rights to Definitions, Notifications/Alerts and Escalations, Manage WorkFLOW Definitions, Manage System Notifications/Alerts and Manage WorkFLOW Escalations.
Additional MedFORCE Scan Admin 101	*WorkFLOW Admin 102*
The MedFORCE Scan Admin 101 Training is the first training for administrators. The training covers the basics of setting up MedFORCE. An admin 101 training is included with the purchase of MedFORCE Scan, this training is an additional Admin 101 if needed.	The WorkFLOW Admin 102 is for administrators who have completed WorkFLOW Admin 101. This Training will provide an overview of Resource Rights to Views, Schedule Task Creation and Templates.

The MedFORCE Scan Templates Training is for administrators or users that will be in charge of creating basic templates for auto-filing documents.
