Many operational processes in
business require multiple steps to complete. Often these steps
include documents, faxes, and other communications as well as
handoffs between employees and departments. For example, processing
an order includes taking the order, entering the data, shipping the
product. These three steps may include multiple tasks such as
checking credit rating or eligibility, verifying inventory and if
the item is not in stock, ordering the product etc.. WorkFLOW
provides the tools to map the steps - monitor them and track the
progress electronically in real time. WorkFLOW can be used in all
departments (i.e. Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Development,

appraisals and performance reviews at the targeted time.
