Douglas Stallbaumer Joins MedFORCE Technologies, Inc. –
Makers of the Premier Paperless Office System

Chestnut Ridge, NY, July 31, 2006 – MedFORCE Technologies, Inc. (MedFORCE) and Healthcare Management Solutions, Inc. (HMS) of Chestnut Ridge New York are pleased to announce the addition of Douglas Stallbaumer as Vice President of Business Development.  After receiving his Masters degree in Corporate Finance, Mr. Stallbaumer has been working in HME Management in both the financial and operational aspects of the business, and most recently with a Fortune 500 company in the development of Six Sigma process management. 

Mr. Stallbaumer will be using his experience in Activity Based Management (ABM), financial management and operations to assist MedFORCE and HMS partners and clients to streamline their businesses to maximize business potential.  MedFORCE Technologies and sister company, Healthcare Management Solutions are leaders in the paperless office solution and billing services.  Douglas Stallbaumer joins with Esther Apter, President and CEO, and a very distinguished staff with over 100 years of experience in all aspects of Healthcare Management, including software technology, billing management, provider relations and quality assurance.  MedFORCE and HMS partner with clients to assist in their success, the alternative to simply being a software vendor.
