MedFORCE Technologies Introduces MedFORCE Forms and MedFORCE Scan Version 4.3
Chestnut Ridge, NY – MedFORCE Technologies, Inc. announced today that it is introducing a new paperless office application, MedFORCE Forms. MedFORCE Forms is designed to enable DME-HME companies to replace all hand-written forms with digital forms that can be accessed over client networks for auditing and reporting. The company also introduced Version 4.3 of MedFORCE Scan, its flagship product. MedFORCE Scan is the premier HIPAA compliant paperless office solution for the DME-HME industry.

MedFORCE Forms will replace all hand-written forms used due to common data entry challenges faced by many in the DME-HME industry. For example, DME-HME dealers often do patient intake and insurance verification on hand-written forms This information is subsequently entered into the billing software. While reasons for this manual process vary and might be a result of the inability to obtain the information in the order necessitated by the billing software intake screen, the fact remains that hand-written forms are prevalent in this industry. • Re-Print Reviews - allow reprinting of Review/reconsideration cover sheets;

• Link Option added to Reports - allowing users to work directly with files and documents while reviewing reports on-screen;

• Improved Interface – featuring a new organization and look for many of the data entry screens.
