At MedFORCE we believe your data is yours, not ours. MedFORCE imports and export features provide you with complete control over YOUR documents and data. 

Imports

MedFORCE has a variety of ways to import your data to ensure that you never have to do duplicate data entry.  Data can be imported into MedFORCE from text files such as comma delimited files, ODBC data sources and using HL7. MedFORCE has realtime imports. Any data you can export from any system, either on a schedule or realtime will appear in MedFORCE. This means that as soon as you enter data into your management system, that file will automatically be created in MedFORCE either on a schedule, i.e. once or twice a day or realtime. Data can be imported to custom fields created in Form Designer.

Exports

Any MedFORCE Data is easily accessible through a variety of export capabilities. Exports include indexing information in the file name to ensure easy access. All exports of images are in  standard tiff format and imported documents such as PDFs or Word documents will export in the same format they were imported.
